My name is Kenneth Gibbons, and I’m proud to be a third-generation homeowner in West Orange, where I’ve lived for more than 50 years.
Today, my daughter, Caroline, represents the fourth generation of our family to call this house—and this town—home.
I’m running for West Orange Town Council (At-Large) to be a strong advocate for our residents and to help restore the community I grew up in—a town once known for:
- Affordable property taxes
- Thriving, family-owned local businesses
- Classrooms that weren’t overcrowded
- Fair and reasonable ordinances that served residents, not burdened them
About His Background
I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and I hold a Master’s Degree in Taxation (MST) from Seton Hall University.
For more than 30 years, I’ve advised clients in accounting, finance, and taxation, with a focus on:
- Cutting wasteful spending
- Streamlining processes to boost efficiency
- Building smart budget strategies for healthy cash flow
- Delivering transparent, accurate financial reporting
- Designing tax-saving strategies for both individuals and businesses
